Digital Factory, the Air France Group’s digital entity, wanted to undertake a large project: digitalize its logbook. This document allows both in-flight and non-flight personnel to pull up any technical event that occured during a flight. The project came about because the paper format lacked fluidity and rapidity in treating information for its users. The Digital Factory thus wanted to digitalize this document.
Who could be more competent to digitalize the logbook than its users? Thus Digital Factory set up workshops composed of the different types of people who would benefit from the project. New Tone Studio was asked to follow the teams on an everyday basis and make an institutional video.
Through this video, Digital Factory wished to shed light on the collaborative spirit and cohesion of the Air France teams for the project.
