Samsung Electronics is a world leader in the high-tech industry, present in more than 72 countries, including France.
Samsung Electronics France wanted to develop brand awareness in France on social networks.
New Tone Studio supported Samsung, and its internal agency Cheil, in the development of its social media strategy for France.
We carried out the strategic analysis of the most inspiring brands in social media, and recommended an approach focusing on the passion points of the targeted audience, with the creation of a content hub, Samsung live, directly connected to the different social platforms.
We developed the hub including the creation and production of content (branded content), along with the digital influence process.
